INDVARA provides crop recommendations, farm tracking, marketplace, equipment rental, government scheme information and related services "as is." Recommendations are advisory and do not replace professional agronomic, financial or legal advice.

3. Marketplace & Rentals

Transactions conducted through the Integrated Marketplace and Equipment Rental Marketplace are between the buyer, seller, renter and provider. INDVARA facilitates the connection but is not a party to the underlying sale or rental agreement unless explicitly stated.

4. Government Scheme Information

Scheme eligibility, subsidy, insurance and credit information is provided to help users discover and apply for programs. Final eligibility and approval rest with the relevant government authority.

5. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate account and farm information
• Use the platform lawfully and in good faith
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials

6. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, INDVARA is not liable for losses arising from crop outcomes, third-party marketplace transactions, or reliance on advisory recommendations.
